WLTH has recently changed how our SMSF Pre-Approvals are assessed. We've uncovered answers to a few FAQs to streamline the process further.

1. Does my application still need to be submitted via Loanapp?
Yes

2. What documents do I need to supply?

– WLTH Income Declaration Form
– WLTH Application Form
– WLTH Privacy Consent Form
– Serviceability Calculator
– Broker Servicing Notes – must include a breakdown of where the superannuation figure has been derived from

3. Where can I locate the Income Declaration Form?
WLTH Broker Portal

4. How do I get my application to 100% in Loanapp?
Once the required documents have been attached, create an exception for the remaining checklist items.

5. Is my pre-approval fully assessed?
No, we will only conduct a preliminary assessment based on the information you have disclosed in your loan application.

6. Do all applicants need to complete the Pre-Approval Income Declaration?
Yes

7. How long is my SMSF pre-approval valid for?
60 days from the date that your application form was signed.
