What do you do in your role?
- Supporting Brokers: I assist brokers with their inquiries, provide guidance on processes, and address any issues they encounter. This includes helping them navigate our systems, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth interactions with our platform.
- Onboarding: I help onboard them to our platform effectively.
- Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with brokers is crucial. I maintain regular communication, address their concerns promptly, and work collaboratively to enhance their experience.
- Problem Resolution: When issues arise, I investigate and find solutions. Whether it’s a technical glitch or a complex case, I work diligently to resolve it.
What have you done before working for WLTH?
Before joining WLTH, I worked in a similar capacity at other financial institutions. My background includes experience in customer service, compliance, credit assessment, and financial operations.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature. Hiking, camping, and photography are my passions. There’s something magical about being surrounded by mountains, forests, and serene landscapes. It’s my way of rejuvenating and connecting with the world beyond office walls.
What is something that people don’t know about you?
Something not widely known about me: I’m an amateur astronomy enthusiast. Stargazing and learning about celestial bodies fascinate me. The vastness of the universe reminds me of our place in it.
What is your favourite food/drink?
As for my favourite food and drink, I can’t resist a well-made sushi platter paired with a refreshing green tea. The delicate flavours and artistry behind sushi captivate me.
Where is your favourite place you have been to and why?
My favourite place I’ve been to is Isla Holbox: A biodiverse island with pink flamingos, whale sharks, and bioluminescent phytoplankton. I loved to disconnect from Wi-Fi and enjoy waist-deep waters on this Yucatán gem.
